Principle: 
The shoes materials, sponge, EVA materials are all permeable products, according to the standards of ASTM D 3574, JIS and GB/T1033, 533, by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, by applying the boiling water saturation method and vacuum Saturation, immersion method, it can show the measuring result accurately and fast.

Function:
■ For sponge and EVA materials, the GP series can directly show bulk density, wet density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption, the volume of open pores, the volume of closed pores, total porosity; the MH series can show the bulk density, apparent density, wet density, apparent porosity, water absorption directly.
■ GP series can directly show the density and volume of sponge and EVA material.
■ For sponge and EVA materials, the machines can show the powder's true density by choosing a professional pycnometer.
■ The machines have the function of water temperature and solution compensation setting。
■ The machines can be connected to the PC or printer by RS-232.
■ Adopting the design of a big tank can decrease the inaccuracy caused by the supporting wire's buoyancy.
■ When using corrosive liquid as a medium, the anti-corrosive water tank can be chosen.
■ The standard size of the water tank: 150X100X90㎜.
