Principle: 
According to ASTM B311, B328; MPIF 42, 57; JISZ2505, Z2506; GB/T 5163, by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying boiling water method, vacuum saturation method, it can show the measuring results directly. 

Function:
■ Can directly show the bulk density, effective porosity, wet density, and volume of powder metallurgy products.
■ Can directly show the oil content, effective porosity of sintered oil-impregnated bearing.
■ GP series can directly show the density and volume of impermeable products.
■ The machines have the function of water temperature compensation setting, solution compensation setting, and density setting of water-proofing oil.
■ The machines can be connected to the PC or printer by RS-232.
■ Adopting the design of a big tank can decrease the deviation caused by the supporting wire's buoyancy.
■ The standard size of the water tank: 150X100X90㎜.
■ The water tank length of GP-1200PN can be customized according to the customers' demand.
