Rubber Foam Density Tester 

Suitable for:
Elastomers, rubber, tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles, soft synthetic leather, leather.
 

Principle:
According to ASTM D297-93, D792-00, D618, D891, Archimedes' water displacement principle is used. It is designed for non-absorbent materials and products, and is mainly used to measure the relevant density values. It can directly measure the foaming ratio and weight change rate of the sample.

Mode:
The main unit has four functions that must be set before measurement:
1. Specific Gravity Measurement Mode - Measures sample specific gravity and volume.
2. Change rate measurement mode - measure the volume expansion rate, volume change rate, and weight change rate of the sample after immersion.
3. Mixing ratio specific gravity measurement mode 1- Setting this function will obtain the proportion content of the main materials of the sample.
4. Mixing ratio specific gravity measurement mode 2- Setting this function will obtain the proportion content of the main materials of the sample.
